These Terms of Use govern your access to brenobgyn.com and any related pages operated by Bren OBGYN (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Informational purpose only
Content on this Site is for general information about the practice, services, and philosophy of care. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified clinician. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with questions about a medical condition. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Site.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. This Site is not monitored for urgent clinical messages.
No online physician-patient relationship
Using the Site, joining a waitlist, or sending an inquiry does not, by itself, create a physician-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when the practice accepts you as a patient and care is established according to our clinical processes. Waitlist registration does not guarantee an appointment or a place in the practice.
Services and fees
Descriptions of programs, visit lengths, and investment ranges on the Site reflect our current offering and may change. Fee-for-service pricing, packages, and payment expectations will be confirmed with you before care. Laboratory testing, imaging, hospital services, and specialist consultations are typically billed separately and may be submitted through your insurance when applicable.
Accuracy and updates
We aim to keep Site content current as the practice prepares to open and grows. We do not warrant that all information is complete, uninterrupted, or free of error. Features, schedules, and hospital affiliations may be updated without prior notice.
Intellectual property
The Site's text, design, logos, photographs, and other materials are owned by Bren OBGYN or used with permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example maps, recognition directories, or hospital resources). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Links are provided for convenience only.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
- Submit false information, spam, malware, or content that harasses staff or patients.
- Scrape or harvest Site content through automated means in a manner that burdens our systems or violates these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bren OBGYN and its physicians, staff, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on Site content. Our total liability for claims arising from the Site, if any, is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to access the Site, which is typically zero.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under District of Columbia or federal law, including certain claims related to personal injury arising from clinical care once a physician-patient relationship exists. Clinical care is governed by applicable professional standards and separate patient agreements, not by these website terms alone.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Bren OBGYN and its clinicians and staff from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Washington, DC shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Site, except where federal law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may revise these Terms of Use by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
